Cleaning Services

Our professional cleaning service is exclusively available to properties managed by ARDA Management, ensuring consistently high standards and full property checks after every stay.

We are committed to providing a high-quality service you can rely on, every time.

Our team is fully DBS checked, insured, and we’re proud to have fantastic reviews from both customers and property owners.

Your satisfaction is always our priority.

Using our in-house cleaning team allows us to inspect your property following each departure, report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.

Folded Beige Towels

Bed Linen and Towels Supply

ARDA Management offers a convenient bed linen and towel service for your guests, helping to enhance their stay and reduce preparation for owners should you wish to offer this service.

Each linen pack includes a fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, and a selection of towels per guest.

Linen is freshly laundered and sealed in individual bags.

Packs are delivered to the property prior to guests arrival.

Linen is then collected on the day of the guests departure.

 

Please note: beds are not made up prior to arrival.

Maintenance and Upkeep

 ARDA Management takes a proactive approach to keeping your property running smoothly for guests.

Minor day-to-day issues will, where possible, be resolved quickly using our trusted maintenance team.

 

Once approved, we can arrange payment on your behalf and include the cost on your next invoice.
Should any larger or more complex issue arise, we will contact you with full details and estimated costs before agreeing to any work.

This approach ensures small problems are dealt with promptly, minimising disruption to guests while keeping you fully informed and in control.

CLEANING CHARGES

Our professional cleaning service is exclusively available to properties managed by ARDA Management, ensuring consistently high standards and full property checks after every stay.

Using our in-house cleaning team allows us to inspect your property following each departure, report any damages or maintenance issues promptly, and accurately manage any damage claims.

  • Two-bed chalet -  £30.00

  • Three-bed chalet - £35.00

  • Two or three-bed caravan - £35.00

  • Four-bed caravan - £40.00

MONTHLY CHARGES

We offer simple, transparent monthly pricing to cover advertising, diary management, and guest hosting. Ensuring your property is promoted year-round.

  • £50.00 per month during the open season (March - October)

  • £25.00 per month during the closed season (November - February)

  • Payment due on the 1st of each month

 

During the closed season, your diary remains open and we continue actively marketing your property to secure bookings for the year ahead.

COMMISSION CHARGES

We believe in keeping commission simple and transparent.

  • £20.00 per confirmed booking

  • One flat fee, regardless of the length of stay.

Guests can book easily through our website, by phone, email, social media, or via the Booking.com platform—maximising exposure and booking opportunities for your property. 

Please note that Booking.com payouts are subject to their own commission and banking charges, which should be taken into consideration..
