I’m Rebecca, founder of ARDA Management, and I live in Norfolk with my husband and our two sons.
Hospitality has been part of my life for as long as I can remember — not just as a career, but as
something I genuinely love.
From a young age, I worked hands-on managing hotels, restaurants, and B&Bs, learning the reality of what it takes to run successful, well-loved properties. Over the years, I saw first-hand how much care, organisation, and attention to detail goes on behind the scenes — and how often property owners struggled to find someone they could truly trust.
The business began as a small, part-time venture, built around one simple idea: to offer owners a complete, reliable management service while creating affordable, high-quality holidays for all guests.
As word spread and results followed, that small idea quickly grew into a full-time family business.
For me, it’s about creating spaces that guests love to stay in and giving owners the peace of mind that their property is in safe, dedicated hands.
