CHECK IN:

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Early check-in may be available for an additional charge of £20.00, if arranged and paid for in advance.

Keys are kept at the property in a private lock box, there is no need to visit reception, as they do not hold the keys.

Your key code will be sent on the day of arrival, approximately 15–30 minutes prior to your check-in time. 

 

The key code is changed regularly between guest stays. 

SELF CATERING:

The properties are offered on a self-catering basis and are fully equipped for your stay with basic kitchenware and appliances.

 

Please be aware that there are limited cleaning supplies and toiletries provided, so we advise that you bring your own.

PARKING:

Parking is free of charge and available to all guests.

There is no direct allocated parking next to a chalet but you can park in any of the available nearby surrounding car parks.

Parking is available directly next to your caravan plus additional parking in any of the surrounding car parks is available if required.

​

ELECTRIC FOR CHALETS:

Electricity costs are not included in the advertised price of your chalet, as all chalets on site are fitted with pre-payment electricity meters.

 

Although the electric meters are somewhat dated, many guests feel they add a touch of nostalgia and charm to the holiday experience!

 

£1.00 coins are required to top up the meter.

Electric top up cards are required to top up the meter.

(Relating to sites Belle Aire and Bermuda)

Electricity usage will vary depending on appliances used, such as heating, lighting and the water heater.  Average electricity costs are approximately £2–£5 per day.

Electricity costs are  included in the advertised price of your caravan.

HEATING FOR CHALETS:

The chalets are fitted with portable or wall-mounted electric heaters, as well as electric fireplaces.

The caravans are equipped with gas central heating and gas lounge fires. (Unless indicated)

PETS:

We allow a maximum of two well-behaved, house-trained pets to join you during your stay.

Please note that the park requires all dogs to be kept on a lead at all times.

Under no circumstances are any banned breeds permitted in any property or anywhere on site. 

​

BED LINEN AND TOWELS:

Bed linen and towels are included within the price you have paid for your property. (Unless indicated)

​

This will include a fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases for each bed, along with a towel pack containing a selection of towels for each guest.

 
All linen and towel packs are freshly laundered and supplied in sealed bags. Please note that beds are not made up prior to your arrival.

​

CLEANING:

All properties are thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay using quality cleaning materials. Staff are DBS checked and fully insured.

 

Every effort is made to ensure that each property is cleaned and sanitised between guest stays.

CHECK OUT AND DEPARTURE:

Standard check-out time is by 10:00am

Late check-out may be available for an additional charge of £20.00, if arranged and paid for in advance.

 

Our cleaners are scheduled to arrive shortly after this time, kindly ensure that all personal belongings are taken with you upon departure, as any items left behind will be removed.​​
